Questions and answers:
1. Display problem for Macbook: For operating system laptops (Apple laptop), the non-mirror mode only supports 3 double (mirror) external monitors due to Apple system restrictions. However, your laptop screen may have a different image than 3 external monitors.
2.HDMI or VGA problem: A. Make sure the type C power connector on your laptop is a USB 3.1 type C (Gen2) or Thunderbolt 3 connector (supports PD charging). B. Check your HDMI cable. C. Make sure that the USB C-Hub has sufficient power.
3. Connect the power adapter to the USB-C power connector before connecting an external hard drive or multiple devices to the hub. The power connection is not supported if the adapter current is over 100 W.
4. Resolution problem: If you connect VGA, the resolution of all monitors is limited to 1920 x 1080 at a maximum of 60 Hz. If you connect 3 monitors, the screen resolution of the monitor below 1920 x 1080 may be 60 Hz (depending on the monitor and bandwidth).
5.If the HDMI or VGA monitors go black for 2 to 4 seconds and then recover, this is normal. It is an EDID (Extended Display Identification Data) communication process in which the screen can be locked for a few seconds. The recovery time depends on the laptop and monitor (maximum 1 minute).
