How to use Pro-Kleen Ultimate Black Spot Remover
- Apply it directly to the area you wish to treat and leave to soak in. It will start to fizz as it begins working. Leave the solution on the affected surface for 2-4 hours for the best results. When sufficient time has been allowed, rinse the area thoroughly. For best results, use a pressure washer. Always test on an inconspicuous area before treating an area. This black spot remover is not a degreaser and will not remove oil stains. Avoid contact with grass, plants, and ponds. Contains ingredients dangerous to aquatic life. Children and pets must be excluded from treated areas until the treatment is completed, has been rinsed, and the area has dried.

Yes does remove black spot, but not always completely.
I received promptly. However, I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the product yet as I haven't used it yet. Weather permitting, I will give it a try tomorrow.
This product has been excellent for removing marks from our patio, and it arrived quickly. Great to have home delivery on heavy items like this.

Amazing product transformed mine and my mothers patios from patios which looked like they required replacing to patios which looked nearly new
Used this product before and needed a lot more due to the amount of concrete I have around my house, this absolutely destroys black mould on the first attempt, you may need to make a second limited spray around the joints of the slabs if any is still there to get rid of it all, but what a difference on the first spray!
Once clean and dry get a sealer on it to seal it new!

This product really does what it says on the tin, in this case plastic container.

Given its name and compared to a much more expensive product destroying black spots is misleading but did clean up well in the end. Multiple applications were required unlike other product. Having said that with a large area of old blackened slabs to clean this product did represent good value for money as other product was just too expensive. As said got there in the end.
This product is amazing! Kills black spot with ease. Also good for weeds, Algae and moss. A great all rounder to bring your paths & driveways back to a new condition.
