Lactobacillus Acidophilus is one of the most common probiotics found in our gut. Outside of our gut, it can be found naturally in fermented foods, yoghurt and supplements. This form of bacteria produces lactic acid by breaking down the lactose found in dairy and milk, via an enzyme called lactase.

The human digestive system is colonised by billions of bacteria. Lactobacillus Acidophilus is found naturally in your gut. and is known as a ‘friendly bacteria'. Our Acidophilus tablets contain 50 million friendly bacteria per capsule at the time of manufacture.

Ingredients

Maltodextrin, Capsule Shell: Hydroxy propyl Methyl Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Lactobacillus Acidophilus.

Dosage

Take 1-2 capsules daily with water.
