Psyllium is a prebiotic fibre (similar to Inulin) made from the husks of the Plantago genus. It is known for its laxative properties which has made it popular for digestive use. Mini Flatbreads Recipe:

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons Psyllium Husk Powder, 1 tablespoon mild curry powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 40g butter (melted), 250ml boiling water, teaspoon salt, 60g coconut flour, teaspoon garlic (crushed).

Method: Put all of the dry ingredients in a bowl. Gradually add the butter and hot water and knead until it forms a dough. Leave to cool for 20 mins. Take 1/6 of the dough and press flat into a hot frying pan with oil. Flip when golden brown. Remove from the heat when cooked on both sides and enjoy.
