2 X Hunter Pro 3pc 12ft Carbon Carp Rod. Description
Hunter Pro SLR 12 ft Carbon Carp Rod Pair - Professional Dual-Rod Specimen Set
The Hunter Pro SLR (Super Light Range) carbon carp rod set is engineered for the angler who demands high performance and reliability. This pair of 12 ft rods has been developed to provide a matching setup that outperforms rods twice the price, offering the perfect blend of casting power and delicate fish-playing ability.
High-Performance Carbon Construction:
• Slimline SLR Blanks: Built on high-carbon fibre blanks that are both incredibly strong and impressively lightweight, ensuring you can cast accurately and play fish with total feedback.
• Load Distribution: The 2.75 lb test curve ensures the rod load is distributed evenly through the entire blank. This tames even the largest carp while the C6 ceramic guides provide a cushioning effect through the tip to handle powerful runs.
• 3-Piece Portability: The 3-piece design makes these rods easy to transport in standard holdalls without sacrificing the seamless action of a traditional specimen rod.
Ergonomics and Durability:
• Precision Casting: The handles feature a 2-piece EVA ergonomic grip, positioned specifically to provide the best possible leverage for distance casting.
• Custom Reel Mount: A custom-moulded reel seat with a brushed alloy screw adjuster ensures your reel stays firmly in place, no matter how intense the fight.
• Specimen Fighting Comfort: Each rod is finished with a rubber 'Body Load' butt cap, providing essential comfort when bracing the rod against your body to gain leverage over large fish.
Whether you are targeting trophy carp on a large lake or ledgering for pike on a river, this matching pair of Hunter Pro SLR rods provides the serious specimen hunter with a high-specification, professional-grade toolkit.
