Our cast iron jet burners, featuring large calibrated brass jets, are designed to direct flames in various directions for optimal heat distribution. We offer 20-jet burners for commercial tandoori stockpot cookers and woks as part of our commercial gas range. These high-quality burners, made from cast iron and measuring approximately 7.5" (190mm) in diameter, have jets arranged in three clusters to control and impinge the flame effectively.

Available in both Natural Gas (NG) and Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) models, our 20-jet burners deliver a maximum flow rate of 110,000 BTU (32.2KW) for NG and 100,000 BTU (29.3KW) for LPG. Primarily intended for outdoor use, these burners are ideal for commercial catering environments, including Indian stock-pot cookers, Chinese wok cookers, and hot plate ranges. They can also be used indoors with a vent hood.
