Why Does Moss Form on Paving?
- Moss tends to form on paving and decking as there isn't any competition from other plants. It doesn't have roots and it doesn't need to take nutrients from the soil. All it needs is a bit of moisture, and we all know there's plenty of that in the UK all year round! It spreads via spores that blow from other patches of moss. This means that even if you scrape the moss away, it'll grow back extremely quickly as there's no shortage of moss spores out there!

How to Use:
- 1. Apply in dry conditions and avoid applying when rain is forecast within 8 hours. In summer apply late afternoon / early evening (when sunlight is less intense). The less dilution, the more concentrated the solution, the quicker the results.
- 2. Mix the Ultima-Plus XP with water. Our recommended ratio is 4 parts water for every 1-part Ultima-Plus XP.
- 3. Apply your mixture to the desired area with a watering can or a pump sprayer.
- 4. You'll start to see results within 2-3 days!

Have used product previously, worked well as described so fully expect same results. Seller was cheapest by far for the quantity required.
My first time purchase via OnBuy and very impressed with their service. Ordered on Saturday; dispatched on Sunday and arrived on Monday. Kept informed by email throughout. The product itself (mould & algae remover) appears to be working but it's early days so unfortunately too soon to give a full review. Five stars from me for best service and price.
