When the detector is tuning, the green channel LED and the red power LED will illuminate. It stays for about 2 seconds and then the green LED goes out. If there is a loop failure, the channel LED will illuminate and flash to indicate a fault. If the fault is self-healing, the detector will continue to run. The green channel LED will also illuminate as soon as the vehicle is detected to pass through the inductive loop. The red power LED on the top of the unit will remain lit, indicating that the unit is powered.

The pulse relay can be configured to activate the detection of the vehicle or when the vehicle leaves the loop.


This characteristic determines the non-detection level at maximum sensitivity to avoid detecting vehicles such as large trucks.


Sensitivity can be changed using four sensitivity settings on the switch.
