• Delivered flat pack by a special delivery team

• Delivery not available in the following postcodes: KW, ZE, IV, HS, BT, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, and Channel Islands
• £40 delivery surcharge applies to the following areas: LL, SY, LD, SA, DG, TD, KA, ML, EH, G, KY, FK, PA.
• Delivery occurs 6 days a week between 8am to 11pm
• No extra charge for deliveries up to the 1st floor without a lift in flats; ground floor only for house deliveries
• Report any damages within 24 hours of delivery
• Partially or fully installed items are non-refundable

• Courier will call to schedule the delivery
• Estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of ordering
• Notify us at least 2 days prior to the delivery date for any changes

Additional Delivery Information:

• Our delivery company does not charge extra for deliveries up to the 1st floor if there is no lift.
• For deliveries to the 2nd floor and above without a lift, a charge of £10 per floor applies.
• Goods are delivered 6 days per week between 8:00am and 10:00pm.
