(2Kg) Magnesium Flakes Bucket for Relaxation Bath Soak

(2Kg) Magnesium Flakes Bucket for Relaxation Bath Soak Description

Pure Source Nutrition Magnesium flakes are rich in concentrated magnesium, they are a compound of naturally occurring Magnesium and Chloride and they are used to bathe in to increase Magnesium levels, and for total mind and body relaxation.

Magnesium chloride flakes are harvested from the Dead Sea in the Middle East, the deepest hyper-saline lake in the world, reaching deep into the earths' crust where ancient minerals deposits are still abundant. Soaking in a bath of magnesium salts has been shown to markedly improve skin hydration, speed wound healing, enhance skin barrier function, and decrease inflammation.

Magnesium Flakes are perfect for use as a foot and body soak, replenishing your body's levels of magnesium which is needed for over 300 processes in the body. Magnesium is an essential mineral for your overall health and wellbeing, and it's responsible for functions such as muscle relaxation and sleep support. Our bodies don't produced magnesium, and so by using our Magnesium Flakes you can help to replenish your levels that are lost through daily activities and lifestyle.

Magnesium Flakes are easy to use and the natural minerals are absorbed by your body as you relax and unwind in the bath. You can use them on their own, or as a boost alongside bath oils and foams or other bath salts like our aromatherapy range. Add magnesium bath salts to your next bath for the ultimate replenishment before bedtime.

Research suggests very hot bath water encourages excretion rather than absorption.

Magnesium is difficult to absorb orally but boosting magnesium levels through the skin can help to conserve stocks within the body, for overall wellbeing and balance. Transdermal absorption (also called topical absorption) has been proven to be the most successful way to replenish the body's magnesium levels.

In cases of severe magnesium depletion, increase the amount and frequency until magnesium levels are increased to an acceptable reference range.

A Soothing Compress for Tired Muscles – mix a solution of 20% hot water and 80% magnesium flakes pour over a flannel or small towel, squeeze out excess and apply the compress to tired muscles.

A Salt Inhalation Experience – mix half a bag of magnesium flakes with 300ml of boiling water, allow to cool for 1-2 minutes then take a towel over your head above the bowl and inhale. You can also add 2-3 drops six oil super serum to aid relaxation.
