These bands are great providing tension earlier in the movement due to the shorter length, making them great for smaller individuals or those who find that they do not have enough resistance or too much slack at the beginning of a movement. 

Material: 15 layers of 100% natural latex and over 99.9% free of soluble proteins (latex allergens).
