Features:

The core chip adopts ADF4351 With reference to the official principle, the layout is optimized, and the whole module has a very high power flatness in the working band range.

Output frequency range: ADF4351:35M-4400M(4.4G)

Output signal:2200M-4400M fundamental(sine wave) 35M-2200M fundamental frequency division(square wave)

Output signal interface: SMA female connector

Default +-50ppm 25M imported active crystal. Provide PDF format circuit diagram and STM32 test program.

Control mode: 3-wire SPI. Pin out control pin and lock status pin. Can realize all the functions, including point frequency, frequency sweep and frequency hopping, step can be up to 1K, low-frequency step can be up to 0.1K, according to the crystal frequency to decide.

Note:

1.3.3v pin power supply can be used, the power supply can provide current not less than 500mA.

2.Typical power supply is 5v.
