3A UBEC Anti-Interference Switchable External BEC 5V/12V Selectable Output Description

Features:

1.UBEC is the Ultra Battery Elimination Circuit, which is an independent external voltage regulator that provides greater output power to the load by separating the built-in BEC from the ESC, hence the term external BEC. Compared to Linear Mode, it is more efficient and generates less heat of its own, resulting in a longer battery life, among other advantages.

2. The main reason for the use of the UBEC is that the voltage of the input power supply is outside the range allowed by the ESC on-board BEC or that the current required by the load is outside the range allowed by the ESC on-board BEC.

3. This UBEC is ideal for fixed wing and FPV use as it can obtain a DC voltage from a 2S-6S Li-ion battery pack suitable for receiver and other equipment operation and provide a stable output current of up to 3A to power equipment such as receivers, FPVs and multiple servos. With this device, the power required for the receiver can be obtained directly from the power supply, eliminating the need for a separate receiver battery pack.

Usage:

5V/12V switching voltage output: selection is made via jumper caps. If the jumper cap is missing, the UBEC default output is 12V (YL6S3A01).

Special Notes:

1. Although various measures have been taken to reduce electromagnetic interference, the UBEC in switching voltage regulator mode cannot completely avoid a small amount of electromagnetic interference during operation; to ensure normal operation of the receiver, please keep the output filter ring and the UBEC main control board as far away as possible (the ring must not be stacked on the main control board), and keep the whole UBEC as far away from the receiver as possible. 2.
