Fresh foam may release a chemical scent on opening, this is a normal part of production, it’s completely safe and will disappear once the mattress is aired

Aftercare

We recommend that you turn your mattress 180 degrees (...not flip) once a month for 3 months and every 3-6 months for the lifespan of the mattress, this product is folded and rolled. Once unpackaged, please leave for 72 hours to expand and settle
