The stepladder is very robust and was delivered carefully packaged and very quickly.
My son managed to put this together while I was at work. All I had to do was tighten a bolt on the handrails. Very sturdy which is what I wanted. Holds my weight (I'm not sa lightweight!) and is steady for me to change lightbulbs and put up my curtains. Big wide steps gives me more confidence to work at height. Would recommend.
I am happy with this product, it’s easy to use and put the rails on. Would recommend if need a handle to help climb
Wonderful ladder, feel very safe using it. Nice wide platform to stand on. Easy to put up and collapse to store. Very solid ladder.
Great ladders just as described and worth every penny ,would definitely recommend these and delivered before the estimated date so an added bonus
The item is very fit fo purpose, only thing it is heavier than anticipated. It is easy to assemble and fits in in spaces to reach required job.

The leaflet accompanying the steps is well produced, with pictures and easy to follow instructions. These steps are solidly made. They open easily with a safety clip to prevent unwanted closing. The clip to allow closure is obvious and easy to use. The side handles are easy to attach although a second pair of hands are useful. The steps are quite heavy but this makes them more safe. When used the steps are very steady but always check the four non slip feet are on the floor.
Dislikes some minor paint damage despite the packaging.

Happy with product it's sturdy and came well packaged Also promt delivery. Would highly recommend dealing with Onbuy again.
The ladders were bought for my Mum, to provide a bit more height, safety and stability. Arrived within the expected timescale, easy to attach handles, and very good so far.
Looks like it will do the job, but disappointed with the paint finish on certain areas, especially on the handrails.
