4-Tray Worm Composter Kit in Green-Includes Worms

4-Tray Worm Composter Kit in Green-Includes Worms Description

Turn Food Waste Into Natural Compost

The Tiger Wormery 4 Tray system is an efficient way to recycle kitchen food waste into nutrient-rich compost and liquid plant fertiliser. This complete vermicomposting kit includes approximately 250 g of live tiger composting worms so you can begin composting straight away. The stackable tray design allows continuous composting while keeping the process simple and tidy.

How the Wormery Works

Food scraps are added to the top tray where the tiger worms naturally break down organic waste. As trays fill, the worms migrate upwards through ventilation holes to reach fresh food, leaving finished compost ready to harvest in the lower trays. Liquid fertiliser collects in the base tray and can be easily drained using the built-in tap.

Includes Live Tiger Composting Worms

This wormery includes approximately 250 g of live tiger worms, one of the most effective composting worms for home wormeries. These worms actively consume fruit and vegetable scraps, coffee grounds and other suitable organic waste. As they digest food waste, they produce nutrient-rich worm castings that create high-quality compost packed with beneficial microbes to support healthy soil and plant growth.

Designed for Efficient Household Composting

Each tray holds approximately 15.5 litres, giving a total capacity of 62 litres. The four tray system is suitable for households of around three to six people and works well in gardens, patios and outdoor spaces.

Low-Odour Composting System

When used correctly, worm composting systems operate with minimal odour. The natural composting process helps break down food waste efficiently while keeping your composting area clean and manageable.

Durable Outdoor Design

Made from durable plastic, this wormery is designed for reliable outdoor use. The product and its packaging are produced using recyclable materials to support environmentally responsible waste reduction.
