Walls are clad in 16mm nominal (12mm finished) tanalised shiplap over a substantial 38 x 50mm kiln-dried, pressure-treated frame â" a heavier framework than most big-name competitors use. The vacuum-pressure tanalising process drives preservative deep into the timber, so there is no annual re-treatment chore and the building is protected for years to come. The classic apex roof gives maximum headroom along the centre and timeless kerb appeal, and is finished with a premium EPDM rubber roof membrane as standard â" a 50+ year roof covering that never needs re-felting. A solid 18mm timber floor is included. This configuration features a single door and a fully windowless design for added privacy and security.
