43A Motor Driver Module for Robots Smart Car Current Limit Control Description

MCU protection: the module uses an isolation chip with a 5V supply to isolate and protect the MCU. The isolation power can share the MCU 5V supply if desired. Reliable control and feedback: two PWM inputs support bidirectional motor control at up to 25 kHz, and the module provides errorsignal outputs related to heat flow monitoring for fault indication. Serviceability and cooling: the PCB includes a motoroutput voltage indication and pads where a heatsink can be soldered for improved thermal performance. Visual status: onboard 5V power indicator makes powerup checks fast and reliable. What it does (function) Provides bidirectional drive for DC motors using two PWM inputs (PWM1 and PWM2). Monitors thermal/heatflow conditions and provides error signal output(s) when thresholds are exceeded. Indicates power presence and motordriver output voltage for troubleshooting. Offers physical provision to attach a heatsink for better heat dissipation. Compatibility and connections Interfaces to any MCU that provides PWM outputs at rates up to 25 kHz. Wiring required from MCU: GND, +5V, PWM1, PWM2. Isolation chip requires a 5V supply; it can share the MCU 5V rail if system design allows. PCBmounted design with standard electronic components; heatsink can be soldered directly to the board. Performance and electrical notes PWM input frequency: up to 25 kHz for smooth motor control.
