I’m so happy with this product, and super quick delivery.

Highly recommend.

Overall very happy with the bed. Came early and all parts where there. Waiting on a heavier mattress so just hope it still works ok. My only negative or preference would be that it would be better if it wasn't so low down and if the headboard was higher, but that's preference and doesn't stop it being a good bed.

Am very happy with the purchase because the bed is a real space saver with alot of storage and the side lift is excellent

The instructions could definitely be better. The illustrations are somewhat confusing due to the drawings having holes in places different to the physical parts but with some persistence it wasn't bad.

You'll need your own tools though! The spanner they give you is so thin it just bends/warps after first use. So make sure you have a spanner/socket set available.

The bed comes with metal handles to lift it. These made no sense whatsoever to me. You can't fix them in and they'll just slide out if you try and lift the bed with them. Really poor design there.

You also get a strap (which I think is intended for pulling the bed back down again) and it's fine to use that to lift up.

Despite the list of stuff above. Pretty happy with what I got for the price. The gaslift does a good job of holding the mattress raised (and I have a thick, heavy one). and I liked that it could be reversed to lift from other side.

so happy,it seemed every company i wanted this bed off had a 8 week waiting list and was 50.00 more,i had been let down buy buying of sleep beds and thought i might be let down again,but i wasnt ,bed came on delivery day and all is fantastic,so happy with this company ,would buy from again,

I just wanted to say that my daughter is in love with this bed. She is very happy with it and now has more space in her room as it is very small. It's an excellent bed and very comfortable.

Happy with purchase , this was one of two beds bought, unfortunately this bed had two struts missing from one of the boxes, I contacted the company and they provided excellent customer service and got the parts sent out that day and they arrived the following. Good storage underneath, mattress bought separately fits perfectly.

Really pleased with the bed. Sturdy and I was able to put together on my own. Instructions are not the best and video available would be better with verbal instructions. That said not majorly complicated and I would recommend
