What if I want the furniture sets moved?

Moving your furniture sets to another location is not included in the assembly price, but let your assembler know if you'd like them to move them for you for an additional fee. Your assembler can let you know exactly how much the move will cost, as it depends on the product's size and weight, and the difficulty of the move.

If products are assembled in the garden, does a level/even surface required?

We highly recommend that any assembly is carried out on a flat, sturdy and level surface if possible.

1) If you wish to cancel your expert assembly service and receive a full refund, you can do that if the product was not dispatched yet. If the product has been despatched then the assembly service charge is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that the expert was paid upfront and pre-booked in advance.
2) Expert assembly service charge covers the first assembly attempt only and it is non-refundable if the customer's required assembly area is not ready for the expert to proceed with assembly straight away upon the delivery of the product.

• Imperial measurements are for representative purposes. Workbenches will cut in metrics 3ft - 90cm, 4ft - 120cm 5ft - 150cm, 6ft - 180cm, 7ft - 210cm, 8ft - 240cm, 9ft - 270cm, 10ft - 300cm.
• The product colours shown are representative only and may differ on the actual product due to natural variations in the timber used. 
• We are committed to minimise our environmental impact across our operations and use very limited or no packaging when delivering our goods.
• Assembly instructions will be included with the 24-hour notification email.

All our products are made from wood which is a raw material, therefore, there may be some splits and cracks that can appear in the wood from time to time which may come and go with changes in the weather. There is no need for any further treatment as the pressure treatment process can protect against rot for up to 15 years, however, like all wood, it will weather and season naturally over time. The products will turn an attractive silvery grey over the years. We would advise adding a furniture oil or linseed oil-based product once a year just to replenish and moisturise the wood, which will also delay the weathering process.
