When And How To Use

For optimum results use 2-4 servings of Pro Elite Carb Loader daily. Ideally, use 1 serving 60-90 minutes prior to intense exercise, followed by 1-2 servings immediately upon completion of intense exercise.

20g Serving: Add 1 heaped scoop of PROELITE Carb Loader into 300ml of juice or mix with PROELITE Whey Protein and shake for approximately for 20 seconds.
