Cow / Cattle Feed Statement

The Cattle are grass fed for the majority of the year; however, during the winter months where weather conditions are too severe the Cattle are housed in sheds and fed a mixture of silage (harvested grass), hey and cattle cake. All winter feeds are free from GMO and/or added hormones & antibiotics.

Heat Treatment Statement

The dairy raw material used to manufacture this product is heat treated for at least 15 seconds at a minimum temperature of 72C during the process.

Recommended Intake

Add one and half scoops (30g) to 150-200ml of water . Shake and consume immediately. Use less liquid for a thicker and stronger tasting shake. Adjust to taste.

We recommend 2-5 servings daily to increase your protein intake. Best taken at breakfast, post workout and in between meals.

Experts suggest a minimum 1g of protein per pound of body weight daily to promote lean muscle growth. Others mention 1.2-1.7g of protein per kg bodyweight. (e.g. 70kg 70x1.7 = 119g of protein per day)
