Capstar (nitenpyram) is an orally administered tablet that provides fast flea relief.
Capstar starts working within 30 minutes.
A single dose of Capstar should kill the adult fleas on your pet.
You should see fleas falling off your pet.
Capstar is remarkably safe. It can be used on animals 4 weeks and over. It is also safe to be used in pregnant and lactating bitches.
Do not use in animals less then 1kg in bodyweight.
Capstar is also suitable for use on dogs. With Capstar for Small Dogs and Capstar for Large Dogs available.
For the first hour after administering, your pet may scratch more than normal which is common, this is caused by the fleas reacting to the product.
If your pet get re-infested, it is safe to give another dose but only once per day.
