Summary
- Half-Round Corner Rounding: These tools cut a curved radius to round off corners and strap ends; they do not create a sharp 90-degree angle cut. Please review the radius sizes to match the corner style you want.
- 7 Popular Radius Sizes for Consistent Results: Includes 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm and 40 mm half-round cutters to help you get repeatable curves on belts, wallet corners, bag straps, and leather tabs (choose the radius that matches your template).
- Clean Cuts with Proper Setup: For best results, place leather on a punch pad or end-grain board and strike straight down with a mallet/hammer; on thick leather, make a firm first strike and a second strike if needed for a complete cut.
- Steel Construction for Workshop Use: Made from durable steel for routine leathercraft work; keep the cutting edge protected during storage and avoid hitting on concrete/metal surfaces to help maintain sharpness.
- Sizing Tips to Avoid Mismatches: Measure your strap width and mark the centerline before cutting; test on a scrap piece first to confirm the curve looks right before punching your full hide or finished project.
