Important info: This table has been made using very high-quality white glass, on the top of the table, sides of the table, front of the table and also all around the legs has white glass, (It is not a white paint, it is WHITE GLASS), we have mentioned this because although we do try our best to take best possible photos of our products but still sometimes photos do not do justice.

UK MAINLAND: Our larger and heavy products are delivered by a specialised courier hence the delivery is subject to their coverage area, in the extremely rare case should we find out that your address is out of our courier company's coverage area your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund straightaway or within 24 hours. All other lighter items will be dispatched Royal Mail first class post or Hermes depending on the item. See eBay listings for cost.

We use custom made packing for our products and It is customer's responsibility to keep the entire packing including the polystyrene in a safe place so it can be reused should the customer is required to send the product back for a repair, replacement or for a refund, if the customer decides to use their own packing to return the product then they assume full responsibility for any damage that occurs in transit. 

We have a very strict quality control in place and we physically check every single product before dispatch, all deliveries (including furniture items) are subject to 2 Quality Checks; one at our warehouse before dispatch and one at the delivery address of the customer and ANY DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT MUST BE REPORTED ASAP OR WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE DELIVERY, If the customer fails to report any damage within 24 hours of receiving the delivery then they assume responsibility for any damage that occurs in transit.
