9101762 LS Conversion Oil Pan Kit Description
The 9101762 LS conversion oil pan filter kit is suitable for truck and SUV engines from 1999 to 2013, including 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, and 6.2L variants. It works with 1960s-1980s RWD vehicles with rear sump pans and is built for Gen III and Gen IV LS wet sump setups. The rear sump depth measures 6 inches to enhance ground clearance, while the front half depth is 1 5/8 inches to improve clearance around the K-member and steering. It holds 7 quarts of oil to support extended high rpm operation, and truck windage trays can be used after mild modification. The oil pan is compatible with stroker kits up to a 4.125-inch stroke using OE connecting rod design. Anti-slosh baffles with one trap door maintain oil pickup during acceleration and braking. A billet oil filter mount with a 1/4 inch NPT port simplifies installation. This kit fits the 1997-2002 Camaro LS1, 1997-2002 Firebird LS1, 2001-2004 CTS-V LS6, 2005-2007 CTS-V LS2, 2008-2015 Camaro LS3, 2008-2015 G8 LS3, 2009-2015 Camaro LSA, 2009-2015 CTS-V LSA, and 2010-2015 Camaro SS L99, but excludes the 2010-2013 Grand Sport LS3 dry sump engine.
