Our commercial vehicle defect book features a simple check list form together with a visual diagram to mark any problems or issues. Produced in duplicate form the top copy is removed and the bottom copy is retained inside the book.

It is recommended each book is retained for fifteen months following completion. The inside front cover allows the operator to include the start and finish date of the book together with the name of the organisation.
