Our Fair Trade cacao comes from the Amazon rainforest near the city of Pucallpa, where our cacao beans are bought at a fair price and grown in safe working conditions.

*There's such a tiny amount of caffeine (from cacao) in this blend that guidelines say we're allowed to call this "caffeine-free," but we prefer #transparency (we gotchu, sensitive souls). Rest assured, this contains less caffeine than a square of chocolate (<5 mg per serving, to be exact).

• 1 Tablespoon (7.5 g) Rasa
• 1 Cup (8 oz/ 250 ml) Fully Boiling Water

Brew 10 min in a french press. Ready in 5 min in a moka pot.
