Summary
Features: The Ads1220 Is A 24-Bit Analog-To-Digital Converter (Adc) With A Number Of Integrated Features That Reduce System Cost And Component Count In Applications That Measure Small Sensor Signals. The Device Is Powered By A Flexible Input Multiplexer (Mux), A Low-Noise, Programmable Gain Amplifier (Pga), Two Programmable Excitation Current Sources, A Voltage Reference, An Oscillator, A Low-Side Switch With Two Differential Or Four Single-Ended Inputs, And A Temperature Sensor. The Device Can Perform Conversions At Data Rates Of Up To 2,000 Samples Per Second (Sps) With A Single Cycle Setup. At 20 Sps, The Digital Filter Provides Both 50 Hz And 60 Hz Rejection For Noisy Industrial Applications. The Internal Pga Provides Gains Up To 128 V/V. This Pga Makes The Ads1220 Ideal For Applications That Measure Signals From Small Sensors, Such As Resistance Temperature Detectors (Rtds), Thermocouples, Thermistors, And Resistance Bridge Sensors. When Using Pga, The Device Supports The Measurement Of Pseudo-Or Fully Differential Signals. In Addition, The Device Can Be Configured To Bypass The Internal Pga While Still Providing A High Input Impedance And Gain Up To 4 V/V, Allowing For Single-Ended Measurements. When Operating In Duty Cycle Mode With Pga Disabled, The Power Consumption Can Reach 120 uA. The Ads1220 Is Available In Lead-Free Vqfn-16 Or Tssop-16 Packages With Temperature Ratings Ranging From -40 C To + 125C. -Low Current Consumption: 120 Ua In Duty Cycle Mode (Typical) -Wide Supply Range: 2.3 V To 5.5 V -Programmable Gain: 1 V/V To 128 V/V -Programmable Data Rate: Up To 2 Ksps -High 20-Bit Effective Resolution Simultaneous 50 Hz And 60 Hz Rejection At 20 Sps Using Single-Cycle Stabilized Digital Filters Two Differential Or Four Single-Ended Inputs -Dual Matched Programmable Current Sources: 10 Ua To 1.5 Ma -Internal 2.048-V Reference: 5 Ppm/C (Typical) Drift -Internal 2% Oscillator -Internal Temperature Sensor: 0.5C (Typical) -Spi-Compatible Interface (Mode 1) Application Range: -Temperature Sensor Measurements: -Thermistors -Thermocouples -Resistance Temperature Detectors (Rtd): 2-Wire, 3-Wire Or 4-Wire Types -Resistance Bridge Sensor Measurements: -Pressure Sensors -Strain Gauges -Electronic Scales -Portable Instruments -Factory Automation And Process Control Package Includes: 1 X Ads1220 Adc Si Low Power 24-Bit Analog To Digital Converter Product Size: 22.00 X 22.00 X 3.00 MM/0.87 X 0.87 X 0.12 Inch Type: Module Condition: New Note: Due To The Different Monitor And Light Effect, The Actual Color Of The Item Might Be Slightly Different From The Color Showed On The Pictures.
