Aflofarm Hydrocortisonum Cream 15g Description

Hydrocortisonum Aflofarm is a cream used topically for:

• atopic dermatitis (allergic eczema, urticaria),
• lupus erythematosus,
• erythema multiforme,
• lichen planus with severe pruritus,
• seborrheic dermatitis,
• various forms of eczema, especially lichenoid eczema,
• scalp psoriasis, long-standing psoriasis,
• prurigo,
• as a continuation of treatment with potent glucocorticosteroids,
• grade I and II burns (including sunburn),
• alleviation of reactions to insect bites.

Dosage:

Hydrocortisone 0.5% cream should only be used externally.

Apply a small amount to the affected area 2-3 times daily.

Apply a thin layer of cream to the affected skin 2 or 3 times daily.

Do not use on the face for longer than 3 days.

Do not use on healthy skin.

Duration of treatment:

If symptoms worsen or do not improve after 7 days of treatment, consult a doctor.

Children:

Do not use in children under 12 years of age without consulting a doctor.

Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children.

Store below 25°C. Do not freeze.

Do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the tube and carton.

The expiry date refers to the last day of the month indicated.
