I love this product and always use it when needed! To drink when you have bad chesty cough or your head hurts. 20 drops with water for few days and you will be good. You can also rub your skin with it but do use greasy face cream or coconut oil as this product has alc.in it do obviously it could dry your skin up. I love the fact that bottle is 250ml instead of 100 do I won't run out that fast. This product is Great.
