The apa-23 is an electronic lifter (EHS) that enables alcatel system phones to answer a call at the touch of a button on Plantronics wireless headsets. Apa-23 is an alternative to the HL10 mechanical hoist, which cannot be fixed to their body for design reasons. The apa-23 does not contain any mechanical moving parts, making it much more reliable than the HL10. Compatible with: alcatel IP touch 4068, 4029, 4039
