Well i wanted something that wasn't to thick, as I didn't want i standing to high, but I wanted a underlay that protects the artificial grass thread against the concrete, and this stuff is perfect, I would say it's about 6mm thick, which is not listed on the product write up. As for the company they really did pull out all the stops, as 1 roll had a defect, a replacement was sent immediately.

This was the cheapest underlay I could find & was thicker than I expected (the same as more expensive underlay from B&Q which I previously used. It does not let water through though so although I have already laid I’ll be rolling up grass & piercing a few holes through it. Overall, great product at a great price.

On reading reviews and viewing YouTube it would appear you get best results if you applied this underlay under artificial grass
the underlay purchased from onbuy was a very very good price and arrived very quickly it went down really well and I'm more than happy to recommend it to anybody else however one point you will need to punch holes in it if you are going to lay artificial grass on top. One happy customer!

Good product. Does exactly what it supposed to. As the grass was to go on top of a hard surface I was quite worried but this did the job really well. Makes the grass softer underfoot when walking on it (We used it doubled over as we bought plenty ).
