(As show, One size) Linear Scale Encoder High Accuracy 5m Grating Ruler Sensor for Lathe DC5V with Cable950 Description

Feature:1. Use stainless steel metal hose, high temperature resistance, pressure resistance and improve antiinterference2. With yellow dustproof strip, tight and dustproof effect is good, durable and long service life3. Adopt highquality chips, excellent quality, stable measurement and complete functions4. Available in 19 styles for choices, can meet different needs with stable performance5. The product has a large detection range, high detection accuracy and quick response speedSpecification:Item Type: Linear Scale EncoderAccuracy: 5mResolution: Approx. 0.005 mm/0.0002 inchGrating Pitch: 0.02mmCable Length: Approx. 3 meters / 9.8ftNotes: 2. Add a protective cover as much as possible, and clean up the chips and oil splashed on the ruler in time to strictly prevent any foreign matter from entering the inside of the grating ruler sensor housing.3. Regularly check whether the installation connecting screws are loose.4. In order to prolong the life of the dust-proof sealing strip, a thin layer of silicone oil can be evenly coated on the sealing strip, taking care not to splash it on the engraved surface of the glass grating.5. In order to ensure the reliability of the grating scale sensor, the grating scale surface and the indicating grating surface can be cleaned and wiped with ethanol mixture (50% each) at regular intervals to keep the glass grating scale surface clean.6. The grating ruler sensor is strictly prohibited from violent vibration and beating to avoid damage to the grating ruler. If the grating ruler breaks, the grating ruler sensor will fail.7. Do not disassemble the grating scale sensor by yourself, let alone change the relative distance between the main scale and the auxiliary scale arbitrarily, otherwise the accuracy of the grating scale sensor may be damaged on the one hand; on the other hand, the main scale and the auxiliary scale may be damaged. Relative friction, damaging the chromium layer will also damage the grid lines, and cause the grating ruler to be scrapped.8. Attention should be paid to prevent the grating ruler surface from being polluted by oil and water, so as not to damage the line stripe distribution of the grating ruler and cause measurement errors.9. The grating sensor should try to avoid working in a severely corrosive environment, so as not to corrode the chromium layer of the grating and the surface of the grating and damage the quality of the grating. .Package List:1 x Grating Ruler 8 x Screw 11 x Gasket 2 x Plastic Gasket 2 x U-Shaped Baffle 2 x Plastic Baffle 1 x L-Shaped Bracket 1 x Protective Cover Note:Please note that the new type and old type of this product will be sent randomly, and make sure you will not mind before ordering.
