Product description. Pho is a popular meal-in-a-bowl noodle soup in Vietnam. This spice paste contains a delicate blend of ginger, coriander, star anise and cinnamon. Beef, chicken or pork, bean sprouts, sweet basil leaves, lime / lemon and chillies are usually served with. Ingredients. Water, salt, SOY sauce (water, SOYbean, salt, sugar, WHEAT flour), sugar, onion, ginger, garlic, hydrolysed SOY protein, coriander, yeast extract, star-anise, pepper, cinnamon, acid regulator (citric and malic acid). Directions. 1. Unfold the pouch. 2. Add 200ml of boiling water. 3. Stir well. 4. Add noodles and other ingredients such as beef, bean sprouts, and lime leaves. 5. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. 6. Serve hot.
