Automatic Thermostatic Valve Mixing Hot Cold Water Temperature with Tape

Automatic Thermostatic Valve Mixing Hot Cold Water Temperature with Tape Description

Description:
An automatic Thermostatic Valve can be used in supporting electric water heaters and solar water heaters,
the user can adjust their own hot and cold water temperature.

Usage:
1. Constant temperature Mixer system developed supporting products,
widely used in electric water heaters, solar water heaters and geothermal heating water system.
2. And can be used in supporting electric water heaters and solar water heaters, the user can adjust their
own hot and cold water temperature, the required temperature can quickly reach and stabilize.
3. To ensure that the water temperature is constant, and from the water temperature, flow, water pressure
changes, to solve the bath center temperature hot and cold problems.
4. When the cold water is interrupted, the Mixer within a few
seconds, play a security role.

Working principle:
At the Mixerature Mixermal element is provided to promote the
movement of the valve body in the valve body, to block or open the inlet of the cold and hot water. In the
closure of cold water at the same time to open the hot water, when the temperature adjustment knob set a
temperature, regardless of cold, hot water inlet temperature, how to change the pressure into the outlet of
the cold, hot water ratio also changes, so that The water temperature is always constant, the temperature
control knob can be set within the product temperature range, constant temperature Mixer temperature.

Installation:
1. The red mark is hot water imports. The blue mark is cold water imports.
2. Set the temperature, such as water temperature or pressure changes, the water temperature changes in
the value of 2oC.
3. If the hot and cold water pressure is inconsistent, should be installed in the inlet one-way check valve to
prevent cold, hot water string.
4. If the cold, hot water pressure ratio of more than 8: 1 should be installed on the side of the pressure limit
valve to ensure that the Mixer valve can be properly adjusted.
5. In the selection and installation, please note that the nominal pressure, Mixer temperature range
and other requirements are consistent with the product parameters.

Use and commissioning precautions:
1. The debugging temperature should be the maximum flow of water to open.
2. The adjustment knob is the direction of rotation is slow, reverse rotation direction is heating, the initial
adjustment, please pay attention from the low temperature direction to adjust the direction of high temperature
to prevent burns.
3. The control button in the direction of low temperature is to close the hot water, high temperature direction is the
end of the cold water, if the hot water temperature is not high, you can close the cold water only hot water bath,
but after use should pay attention to high back to low temperature area, Use burns when used.
4. If the cold, hot water pressure is inconsistent, and there is no installation of one-way stop valve, please note that
after each use, the thermostat transferred to the end of the low temperature direction, that is, turn off the hot water
state, the maximum extent to prevent hot and cold water Cross strings.

Package Include:
1x Automatic Thermostatic Valve.
