Avon Skin So Soft Soft & Fresh (used to be Woodland Fresh) Dry Oil Body Spray leaves your skin feeling soft. But this spray also has a hidden secret. Although not marketed as such, it is widely regarded to be an effective insect repellent. The 150ml light green/blue bottle contains a specially formulated, pleasantly scented, non-greasy oil spray, which when applied after bathing or showering, absorbs into the skin quickly and locks in moisture. As this product isn't strictly an insect repellent, some theories have been put forward as to why it works so well in this capacity. One theory is that the oily film it forms on the skin hinders insects' ability to actually land on the skin and bite. The spray also contains citronella, which has proven natural insect repellent properties.
