In our METABO 18V batteries, we use exclusively Sony Li-ion (lithium-ion) cells with the designation VTC5. Sony cells provide trouble-free battery operation even under heavy load thanks to their high current efficiency (30A). Li-ion cells are also characterized by a complete lack of memory effect, so they can be freely recharged without losing their capacity.

The strongest cell welds are ensured through the use of 0.5mm thick nickel strips with double welding for all cell connections, ensuring reliable performance even under heavy load conditions.

Our METABO batteries are fully compatible with original chargers - no additional equipment needed.

All our batteries are manufactured in Poland with production date marking, ensuring fresh cells with full capacity characteristics (no warehouse leftovers).

Brand cells marked with production date. 12 months warranty.
