In our METABO 18V batteries, we use exclusively Sony Li-ion (lithium-ion) cells with the designation VTC6. Sony cells provide trouble-free battery operation even under heavy load, thanks to their high current efficiency (25A). Li-ion cells are also characterized by a complete lack of memory effect, allowing them to be freely recharged without losing capacity.

We ensure the strongest cell welds by using 0.5mm thick nickel strips with double welding for all cell connections, guaranteeing reliable performance under heavy load conditions.

Our METABO batteries are fully compatible with original chargers, which means no additional equipment is needed.

All our batteries are manufactured in Poland, with production date marking to ensure fresh cells with full capacity characteristics, preventing any warehouse leftovers.
