Our Beef Pho is made in the classic style with a rich beef flavored broth and a vibrant mix of spices such as chilies, cinnamon, and star anise. Combine all of those flavors with gluten-free rice noodles that soak up all the umami flavors and you've got yourself a little bubble of happiness.

Rice Noodles: Rice, tapioca starch, sugar, salt, and cellulose gum. Soup Base: Salt, sugar, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, spice blend (spices, garlic and onion), soy sauce powder (soy sauce [soybeans, salt, and alcohol]), potassium chloride, artificial flavorings, citric acid, silicone dioxide (to prevent caking), and caramel color. Flavoring Oil: Soybean oil, spice and onion extracts, artificial flavorings, and oleoresin paprika. Vegetable Pack: Carrot*, cabbage*, green onion*, onion* and coriander*.

Kettle

1. Open the lid halfway and remove the packets. 
2. Add the veggies and seasoning packets (wait on the flavor oil). 
3. Add hot water to the fill line, close the lid and wait 3 minutes. 
4. Add the flavoring oil, stir well, and enjoy!

Microwave

1. Open the lid halfway and remove the packets.
2. Add the veggies and seasoning packets (wait on the flavor oil).
3. Add cool water to the fill line, close the lid, and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
4. Let cool for 1 minute. add the flavoring oil, stir well, and enjoy!
