Bilobil, 40 mg, 60 caps - intellectual capacity.

Indications:
Bilobil improves blood circulation in the brain and metabolism and prevents the decline of intellectual capacity.
Bilobil 40 mg is recommended for the symptomatic treatment of:
- memory deficit, concentration disorders;
- pathological cognitive deficit in elderly patients;

Contraindications:
Do not take Bilobil:
- if you are allergic to Ginkgo biloba or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Precautions:
Before taking Bilobil, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
There are no known side effects of Ginkgo biloba extract on the unborn baby. An increased tendency to bleed may occur.

Due to insufficient data, Bilobil is not recommended for pregnant women.
Due to insufficient safety data, Bilobil is not recommended for breastfeeding women. 

Driving and using machines:
Bilobil does not affect the ability to drive or use machines. 

How to use:
Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. You should talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The recommended daily dose for adults and the elderly is one Bilobil 40 mg capsule (corresponding to 40 mg dry extract of Ginkgo biloba leaf) 3 times a day.
Bilobil 40 mg capsules should be swallowed whole, after a meal, with a glass of water.

Duration of treatment:
The first signs of improvement are usually observed after 4 weeks of treatment. Treatment should be continued for at least 12 weeks. If there is no improvement after 3 months of treatment or if symptoms worsen, a doctor should be consulted to determine whether treatment should be continued.

Use in children and adolescents:
This product is not intended for use in children and adolescents.

Composition:
- The active substance is the dry and standardized extract of ginkgo leaf.
Each capsule contains 40 mg of dry, standardized extract of Ginkgo biloba L. leaf (35- 67:1), corresponding to:
- flavonoids 8.8–10.8 mg, in the form of flavone glycosides,
- ginkgolides A, B, C 1.12–1.36 mg and
-bilobalide 1.04–1.28 mg.
Extraction solvent: acetone 60% (m/m)
- The other ingredients are: lactose monohydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, corn starch, magnesium stearate and talc, in the capsule contents; titanium dioxide (E 171), red iron oxide (E 172), azorubine (E 122), gelatin, black iron oxide (E 172) and indigotine (E 132), in the capsule. Another ingredient in the herbal preparation is liquid,
spray-dried glucose.

Contraindicatii:
Nu luaţi Bilobil:
- dacă sunteţi alergic la Ginkgo biloba sau la oricare dintre celelalte componente ale acestui medicament.

Sarcina, alăptarea şi fertilitatea:
Dacă sunteţi gravidă sau alăptaţi, credeţi că aţi putea fi gravidă sau intenţionaţi să rămâneţi gravidă, adresaţi-vă medicului sau farmacistului pentru recomandări înainte de a lua acest medicament.
Nu se cunosc reacţiile adverse ale extractului de Ginkgo biloba asupra fătului. Poate apărea o tendință crescută de sângerare.

Datorită datelor insuficiente, Bilobil nu este recomandat la gravide.
Datorită datelor de siguranță insuficiente, Bilobil nu este recomandat la femeilor care alăptează. 

Conducerea vehiculelor şi folosirea utilajelor:
Bilobil nu afectează capacitatea de a conduce autovehicule şi de a folosi utilaje. 

Mod de administrare:
Utilizaţi întotdeauna acest medicament exact aşa cum v-a spus medicul sau farmacistul. Trebuie să discutaţi cu medicul dumneavoastră sau cu farmacistul dacă nu sunteţi sigur.

Doza zilnică recomandată pentru adulți și vârstnici este o capsulă Bilobil 40 mg (corespunzând la 40 mg extract uscat din frunză de Ginkgo biloba) de 3 ori pe zi.
Capsulele Bilobil 40 mg trebuie înghițite întregi, după masă, cu un pahar cu apă.

Durata tratamentului:
Primele semne de îmbunătățire sunt de obicei observate după 4 săptămâni de tratament. Tratamentul trebuie continuat timp de cel puțin 12 săptămâni. Dacă nu există nici o îmbunătățire după 3 luni de tratament sau dacă simptomele se agravează, trebuie consultat medicul, pentru a determina dacă tratamentul mai trebuie continuat.

Utilizarea la copii și adolescenți:
Acest produs nu este destinat utilizării la copii și adolescenți. 

Dacă aveţi orice întrebări suplimentare cu privire la acest medicament, adresaţi-vă medicului dumneavoastră, farmacistului sau asistentei medicale.

Compozitie:
- Substanţa activă este extractul uscat și standardizat din frunză de ginkgo.
Fiecare capsulă conţine 40 mg extract uscat, standardizat din frunză de Ginkgo biloba L. (35- 67:1), corespunzând la:
- flavonoide 8,8–10,8 mg, sub formă de glicozide flavonice,
- ginkgolide A, B, C 1,12–1,36 mg și
-bilobalide 1,04–1,28 mg.
Solvent de extracție: acetonă 60% (m/m)
- Celelalte componente sunt:lactoză monohidrat, dioxid de siliciu coloidal anhidru, amidon de porumb, stearat de magneziu și talc, în conţinutul capsulei; dioxid de titan (E 171), oxid roşu de fer (E 172), azorubină (E 122), gelatină, oxid negru de fer (E 172) și indigotină (E 132), în capsulă. Alt ingredient din preparatul pe bază de plante este glucoză lichidă, uscată prin
pulverizare.
