There are trillions of microorganisms including different types of bacteria that live in our gut the gut microbiome. They reside naturally within your bodys gastrointestinal tract & play an important role in maintaining overall well-being. Why a multi-strain instead of a single-strain? Each human being hosts hundreds of different bacterial strains in their gut. A multi-strain supplement is thought to more closely replicate the different strains within the human gut. What is gut dysbiosis? Sometimes, the balance of bacteria in your gut can become imbalanced from things such as ill health, poor diet and/or antibiotics (which can kill off the necessary bacteria in your system), resulting in something called gut dysbiosis. You can help restore the balance in your digestive system by eating a diet with a rich rainbow of fruit and vegetables and can further assist this by taking a bacterial supplement. Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), live bacterial cultures (MILK. SOYA), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Directions

Storage: Keep sealed and store in cool, dry conditions. Can be stored at room temperature without the need for refrigeration. In high, ambient temperatures (25C+) air-conditioning or refrigeration would be cautionary to assist in maintaining shelf life. Total bacteria count viable until end of shelf life. Directions for use: Adults and children 12+: Take 1-4 capsules daily, with food. Children 3-11 years: Give 1-2 capsules daily, with food. If taking antibiotics: Take 4 capsules daily, ideally at a different time of the day from the antibiotics. Continue taking for at least 2 weeks after completion of antibiotic course. When travelling: 1 week before travel follow guidelines for general use. During travel take 4 capsules daily and continue to take for at least 1 week following the end of travel. *Bio-Kult is suitable for use in pregnancy.
