  Delivery service not available in given areas: KW, ZE, IV, HS, BT, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, and Channel Island.

  1. The customer will be notified a minimum of 2 days prior to the delivery date.

  2.  We delivered goods 6 days per week between 10:00 am to 10:00 pm

  3.  We reserve the right to apply a re-delivery charge of £40.00 if you are not present at the delivery address once you agree to accept the delivery.
  
  

  Our delivery company does not charge extra up-to 1st floor if there is no lift (ONLY FLATS), without lift 2nd floor, 3rd floor and 4 floors they charge £10 each floor. House delivery only ground floor.

  Any damages please notify us within 24 hours after receiving the delivery.
