Brânca-ursului face parte din familia Umbelliferae, fiind o plantă înaltă cu frunze mari de culoare verde închis și flori albe. Crește în pădurile luminoase și umede, pe dealuri, marginea apelor și a drumurilor. Numele de ,,ginseng-românesc" i se potrivește probabil mai bine decât oricărei alte plante din flora românească. În trecut brânca-ursului se folosea pentru creșterea vitalității și tratarea impotenței, frigidității și sterilității. În medicină tradițională plantă se întrebuințează pentru reducerea stărilor de oboseală și epuizare, fiind recomandată și persoanelor vârstnice, deoarece redă tonusul și poftă de viață.
Mod de administrare:
Adulti: cate o lingurita de 3 ori pe zi.
Tinctura se dilueaza in 100 ml de apa (jumatate de pahar) cu 30 minute inainte de masa. Se recomanda cure de lunga durata, 3 luni cu 1 luna pauza.
Contraindicații:
Hipertrofie benignă de prostată (adenom de prostată), fibrom uterin, cancere genitale, sarcină, alăptare, intoleranța la oricare dintre componentele produsului.
Precauții:
La persoanele cu sensibilitate gastrică se recomandă administrarea produsului după masă.

6,7 in hydroalcoholic solution (ethyl alcohol/water 52/48 by weight) from roots and seeds of bear branca (Heracleum sphondylium).
Brânca-ursului is part of the Umbelliferae family, being a tall plant with large dark green leaves and white flowers. It grows in bright and humid forests, on hills, watersides and roads. The name "ginseng-Romanian" probably suits it better than any other plant in the Romanian flora. In the past, the bear's brow was used to increase vitality and treat impotence, frigidity and sterility. In traditional medicine, the plant is used to reduce fatigue and exhaustion, being recommended for the elderly, because it restores tone and appetite for life.
Dosage:Adults:
one teaspoon 3 times a day.
The tincture is diluted in 100 ml of water (half a glass) 30 minutes before meals. Long-term cures are recommended, 3 months with 1 month break.
Contraindications:
Benign prostatic hypertrophy (prostate adenoma), uterine fibroids, genital cancers, pregnancy, lactation, intolerance to any of the components of the product.
Precautions:
In people with gastric sensitivity it is recommended to take the product after eating.
