- The Braun BC15 clock requires 3 x AA batteries to operate however these is NOT INCLUDED. This clock does not require a power adaptor to operate the display, however, using a power adaptor will allow the backlight to stay on permanently and enable the projection feature to operate. A power adaptor is INCLUDED.
