Glucomannan is sourced from the rhizomes of the Amorphophalli Konjac plant, generally found in South-East Asia, and has also been shown to contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels, at a dose of 4g per day. Glucomannan (Konjac) Powder is suitable for anyone following a calorie controlled diet, who is aiming to lose weight. It should be taken with plenty of water to ensure it reaches the stomach.
