Product Description by Amazon Arborio Risotto Rice, 500g. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal with tab. Ingredients Arborio Rice. Directions HOB 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan. 2. Add 75g Arborio rice and stir continuously until the grains are coated in oil for about 2 minutes. 3. Add a ladle of hot stock and stir until fully absorbed. 4. When the rice appears almost dry, add more stock and repeat for approximately 30 mins until the rice is tender and firm to the bite. 5.
