Calathea Flamestar (14cm) V3 Description

The plant more commonly known as the Prayer Plant, Calathea Flamestar is a very attractive and well regarded member of the Calathea genus. It is sure to add a vibrant feel to the indoor space it is situated in, whilst also adding great visual and physical benefits on top of that. The main physical benefit it will offer is the ability to purify the air, cleaning the atmosphere around the plant and dispersing fresh oxygen back into the room. The glossy foliage of the plant is easy to maintain, as long as you keep it out of direct sunlight - this will damage the leaves and affect their great colour and vibrance. You should water the Flamestar every two weeks, making sure the soil is moist. Between waterings, mist the plant to heighten humidity levels.
