HOW TO USE

The preparation is intended for adults and children over 10 years of age.

1 - 2 tablets are used 3 times a day, after dissolving in 1/2 cup of water.

3 tablets contain 531 mg (66% *) of calcium and 180 mg (300% *) of vitamin C

6 tablets contain 1062 mg (132% *) of calcium and 360 mg (600% *) of vitamin C
