Callebaut Fine Hazelnut Praline is a smooth hazelnut praline made with 50% hazelnuts and supplied in a convenient 1kg bucket. It has a deep caramelly golden colour with an intense caramelised hazelnut flavour, fruity notes and mild toasted hints. Created as a versatile flavour base for chocolate, pastry and dessert preparations, the praline can be mixed with chocolate to create fillings for moulded pralines and chocolate bars. It can also be used to flavour ice cream, pastry creams, mousses, bavarois and other dessert preparations. Stir before use to obtain a homogeneous product. Store in a clean, dry and odourless environment with a maximum relative humidity of 70%. Recommended storage temperature: 12-20C.
